In 2000, managing directors Michael Steuber and Jan Thommen turned their passion for technology and events into their profession. Since then, the owner-managed company has developed into one of the leading providers in the events industry. Our experts work closely together at six locations across Germany. As a team, they develop tailor-made solutions for all areas of event technology. Maximum service, absolute adherence to delivery dates and deadlines, and a high degree of flexibility have enabled UEBERKOPF to build a solid customer base – that makes us proud! Even with a constantly growing team, we continue to rely on the same basic values that have shaped us since our foundation: A partnership with our customers, service providers and employees. This also includes visitor, work, and operational safety. The installation of suspended loads, which requires uncompromising professionalism, is a particularly sensitive area. UEBERKOPF is regularly certified by the Deutsche Prüfstelle für Veranstaltungstechnik (DPVT). For first-class performance and always above standard.

In this way we never stand still while always remaining above standard. Continuous development is sometimes difficult and even painful. In the end, it pays off. For us and for our customers.

Certified structures and processes

We are certified by the Deutsche Prüfstelle für Veranstaltungstechnik (DPVT) and put through our paces in the process. Our processes and production workflows, compliance with applicable standards, occupational health and safety, and financial structure are based on solid foundations.

Qualified employees

We never stop learning in the events industry. Technical possibilities are changing, as do the applicable regulations and laws. All our employees are constantly improving their qualifications in their specialist areas. We work to industry standards and are DPVT-certified.

Tested equipment

First-class equipment is just good enough for you. UEBERKOPF buys event technology exclusively from experienced and renowned manufacturers. If industry solutions are insufficient, we will develop customised solutions. Our specialists constantly check and maintain our equipment. In this way, they ensure that everything will work perfectly again the next time it is used.
